Abstract:
This
research named ?Hüseyin Gümüşhenevi and his publication named `el-Amelü?s-Salih
Ala Risaleti?l-Avamili li?l-Birgivi?? is an editorial critic on the work of
Hüseyin Gümüşhanevî who wrote his thoughts about the topics covered in İmam
Birgivî?s ?el-Avâmil?.The study consists mainly of three parts. Information on
preliminary orthographic studies in Arabic language and traditional short
papers are given in the Introduction. Detailed description of İmam Birgivî?s
?Avâmil? is the subject of first chapter. Later on second chapter the life and
publications of Hüseyin Gümüşhanevi, especially ?el-Amelü's-Sâlih alâ
Risâleti'l-Avâmili li'l-Birgivî? is described. The results obtained from
literature are also explained in this chapter. Finally, third and last chapter contains
interpretational information on Gümüşhânevî?s Avamil.Key words: Arabic
