Project Abstract

In this study, quantum dots that are promising and used in technology will be studied. The energy spectrum of the electron confined by the spherical shaped quantum dot, and the dependence of the electronic and optical properties of the hydrogenic structure confined by the quantum dot added donor impurity on the building parameters and the intensity of the external area or areas will be investigated. The contribution of the results obtained in the field of application will be emphasized.
