Project Abstract

In this study, the effects of external fields and the parameters of structure on the linear and nonlinear optical properties of Tietz-Hua quantum well will investigate. The energy levels and wave functions are calculated using the effective mass approximation and optical properties are obtained using the compact density-matrix approach. Finally, the results obtained will be compared with previous studies.
