Özet

In this work, the effects of magnetic field, hydrostatic pressure and temperature on the linear and nonlinear optical properties in GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs symmetric double semi-V-shaped quantum well (DSVQWs) have been theoretically studied by using the compact-density matrix approach and the effective-mass approximation. Our numerical results show that the optical characteristic of these structures is strongly affected by the magnetic field, hydrostatic pressure and temperature.
