It is too further from a debating topic that history is not consisting of only political events. Therefore, the former history understanding that had been busying with only rulers and the political mechanisms under their ruling as well as military developments is leaving its place to the social-history understanding that can embrace the all the subjects which interesting in human and human being. With the help of the approach which revive this development, history was removed anymore from becoming an area under the monopoly or service of certain person or groups. In this way a sensible increase happened in the figure and variety of the “followings” and “followers” of history. As considered in this frame, with the help of the events which will be tryed to explain soon and which revive this study, some topics were come to the light as; how kind of way was followed by the “followers” on investigating of any judicial event in the last era of the Ottoman Empire, how kinds of difficulties could be met by the charged officials, how kind of process was to wait any official who did not his duty sufficiently and it is tryed also to abrade the dust covering on the faceless entities prisoned in the unimportant pages of history of the other people namely the “followings” who were interesting in the topic especially the assistant- solicitor, as could be done.
