Primary career objectives lie in the medicinal chemistry and design of new drugs especially with CNS
drugs. Concerning PhD and post-PhD
experience, developed and synthesized new derivatives for Alzheimer’s
disease (AD). We should do something for those people who suffer and die every day
because of AD and Parkinson's disease (PD) for
example. Currently taking a lot of
interest in developing new agents for PD & published or in the process of
publishing articles on these topics. Usually teaching medicinal chemistry and
related courses. Always worked closely with students, inviting them to work on
my research activities, and helping them to develop and test their own ideas.
