Religious officers begin their carrier mostly from rural, partly from urban social environment. When considered their social features as a whole, there is closeness in their ideological and intellectual approaches instead of difference. Religious officers have been seen as reflecting figures of the codes of their socio-cultural and economical environments and according to these codes they behave. These structures of mentality certainly can function in their socialization and integration to the society which they come from, but this mentality accommodates serious problems in the conditions of modern society.
