Özet

Osteonecrosis of the jaws due to the effects of bisphosphonates, antiresorptive drugs and anti-angiogenic drugs cause serious problems in medicine and especially in dentistry. In patients using these drugs, bone may be exposed or the integrity of the mucosa may be intact and the affected bone tissue may be under the healthy mucosa. The purpose of this review is to provide general information about MRONJ; It is a compilation of current treatment methods applied and an examination of stem cell therapy, which is a more innovative treatment method. As a result of the literature review conducted in this context, different methods were summarized in the publi-cation and presented to the readers.
