Background: Potential targets for prostate cancer therapy are urgently needed for curative of patients. Cyclosporine-A (CsA), an immunosuppressive and a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor, exerts antitumor activity. However, the molecular effects of CsA is not fully understood in prostate cancer. In this research, we sought to determine role and mechanism of CsA in prostate cancer.
