A vortex assisted microextraction of Victoria Blue R with a novel fatty acid/fatty alcohol supramolecular solvent in textile products

Özet

In this study, a novel fatty acid/fatty alcohol-based supramolecular solvent consisting of dodecanoic acid (DoA), 1-octanol (OCT), and tetrahydrofuran (THF) was developed for the extraction and determination of Victoria Blue R using vortex-assisted supramolecular solvent microextraction (VA-SUPRASME) coupled with UV–Vis spectrophotometry. The synthesized supramolecular solvent was characterised by FT-IR, 1H NMR, and FE-SEM analyses, confirming the formation of hydrogen-bonded supramolecular assemblies. Experimental parameters affecting extraction efficiency were systematically optimized. Under optimum conditions, the method showed good linearity in the range of 0.1–20 μg mL−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994. The limits of detection and limits of quantification were 0.0084 and 0.026 μg mL−1, respectively. The intraday RSD, interday RSD, the preconcentration and enrichment factors were 2.82%, 2.26%, 30 and 29.94, respectively. The method was successfully applied to textile samples, providing recoveries between 90% and 108%. AGREE and ComplexMoGAPI evaluations confirmed the greenness of the proposed method.
