In this study the perspectives of the users of webpages with Turkish content have been handled. 428 people at different education levels have been asked standard questions about the webpages they have explored. In this questionaire the point of views of the participants have been received about the webpages with Turkish content. Besides, the contentment of the participants on the technical and organizational aspects of these web sites is studied. Web sites are handled together without differentiating whether being as commercial or professional. With this study, it is aimed to identify how and to what extent educational organizations use educational web contents and to describe it reflections on social life.
