Özet

Laparoscopic surgery has been widely used for both diagnostic and operative gynecological procedures. These procedures are associated with a high incidence of shoulder and abdominal pain, which can be caused by several factors. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of intraperitoneal bupivacaine with or without bupivacaine infiltration at ''Port Holes'' on postoperative pain after laparoscopic gynecological surgery.
