Özet

Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) analysis of electromagnetic (EM) scattering and radiation problems included locally fine structures or electrically small objects requires more finer cell sizes. This will increase the total number of cells and therefore the resulting computational time and memory. Therefore, a subgridding algorithm provides accurate solutions without the need for large amounts of computation resources. Numerical results show that the subgridding algorithm provides accurate solutions for the 3D EM problems having locally fine structures and significantly reduces the computation resources.
