Abstract

The relativistic Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation for spin-1 particles in the presence of the Kratzer potential is studied analytically within the framework of the asymptotic iteration method. The exact energy eigenvalues and corresponding eigenfunctions of spin-1 particles are obtained for arbitrary quantum states by solving the Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation with Kratzer potential.
