Introduction and Purpose: The strategic role of food in our lives is understood more and more
every day. Food safety needs to be established, especially in times of adversity such as epidemics,
wars and the danger of drought. The agricultural sector has a very important place in meeting
people's nutritional needs. The development of the agricultural sector is necessary not only for
people but also for the country's economy. In order for the agricultural sector to grow and become
more functional, providing financial support for investments in this field plays an important role in

agricultural loans provided by the banking sector and some organizations. Determining customer
satisfaction levels in providing agricultural loans has an important place for both sector
stakeholders and people in need of financing. This study aimed to determine the satisfaction levels
of individuals regarding the agricultural credit services offered by banks. In addition, determining
