Direkt Kompozit Kullanılarak Orta Hat Diastema Kapatılması: Olgu Sunumu

Amaç: Üst çene, santral dişler arasındaki diastemanın minimal invaziv olarak, direkt kompozit ile restore edilerek tek seansta estetiğin sağlanmasıdır.
Yöntem: 34 yaşında kadın hasta ön dişleri arasında boşluk şikayeti ile başvurdu. Daha konservatif, ekonomik, estetik ve hızlı bir seçenek olarak, her iki maksiller santral kesici diş için direkt parsiyel kompozit laminate veneerler düşünüldü. Her iki santral kesici dişi restore etmek için kullanılacak kompozit rezin parçaları kullanılarak bir başlangıç renk testi yapıldı. Tüm restorasyonda body kompozit kullanıldı. Maksiller anterior dişler rubber dam ile izole edildi. Herhangi bir preparasyon yapılmadı.
Dişe asitle bond uygulanırken komşu santral diş teflon bant ile kaplandı. Restore edilecek mezial yüzeye %35'lik fosforik asit 30 saniye uygulandı ve 30 saniye
durulandıktan sonra hava ile hafifçe kurutuldu. Ardından tek şişe bonding ajanı uygulandı ve 20 saniye polimerize edildi. Şeffaf bant yerleştirilerek palatinal duvar oluşturuldu ve bölümlü matriks bant ile aproksimal yüzey oluşturuldu. Kesici dişlerin primer morfolojisi orta büyüklükte alüminyum oksit grit içeren diskler kullanılarak oluşturuldu. Sekonder anatomi sarı bantlı elmas frez ve beyaz taş frez kullanılarak
oluşturuldu.Ardından polisaj diskleri kullanılarak parlatma işlemi yapıldı.
Sonuç: Direkt kompozit veneer, laboratuvar prosedürünün olmaması ve restorasyonun tek randevuda tamamlanması nedeniyle daha az maliyet ve zamanda iyi bir estetik sonuç sağlar.

The Use of Direct Composite Resin to Close Maxillary Midline Diastema: Case Report

Introduction: To provide esthetic in a single visit by minimally invasive, direct composite
restoration of the diastema between the maxillary central incisors.
Case Report: A 34 year old female patient reported with a complaint of spacing in the anterior teeth region. As a more conservative, economical, esthetic, and quicker option, direct esthetic partial composite laminate veneers as build-ups for both maxillary central incisors were considered. An initial color test was performed using composite resin masses that would be used to restore both incisors. Body composite was used in the entire restoration.Maxillary anterior teeth were isolated with rubber dam. No preparations were achieved. The adjacent central incisor was covered with teflon band while the other was etching and bonding.%35 phosphoric acid was applied on medial surface to be restored 30 seconds and rinsed for 30 seconds and dried with air slightly. Then a single bottle bonding agent was applied and polymerized for 20 seconds. The mylar strips was positioned palatal shell was created and aproximal surface was formed with sectional matrix band. The finishing and polishing procedure initially began with shaping primer morphology of the incisors using medium sized aluminum oxide grid discs. The vertical seconder anatomy was crafted using yellow banded diamond bur and white stone bur. Polishing discs were used for detailed polishing from rough to fine grit.
Conclusion: Direct composite veneer provides good esthetic result at the lesser cost and time due to absence of laboratory procedure and completion of work in single visit.
