Özet

Objectives: The aim of the study was to analyze patient care planning prepared by nurses in a psychiatry clinic according to the Functional Health Pattern (FHP) model and to evaluate the NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) nursing diagnoses based on the data collected.
