Hz. All is a name, especially in the Turkish Islamic culture and literature was deeply influenced and his name was mentioned so many times on the Islamic history. Hz. All who had an important role in our culture due to his so many virtues such as valor, generosity, knowledge and wisdom was an inspiration to almost all poets in the Ottoman poetry with its outstanding qualities. On this wise, so many books were written about his qualities. At the beginning of all works, mawlid that mentions about the birthday of Hz. All came first. As known mawlid is one of the religious-verses which develops around the Hz. Prophet's birth and life. But, on the contrary, in the Ottoman poetry mawlid has also been written for the people other than Hz. Prophet. According to our research, in the Ottoman poetry mawlids texts which were written for Hz. Ali exists. Especially no research was done extensively about Hz. All's mawlids which have an important place in Turk-Islam culture. In our writing, the information was given about mawlids which were compiled by Yemini, Caferi Necmi Ali, Suleyman Celaleddin, Mehmed Semseddin, Tahiru'l-Mevlevi and Semsettin Kubat. Besides, an intensive study of a subject was made about mawlid's shape and content feautures and common motifs in mawlids.
