Özet

In this paper, the results of benefication studies on chromite ore from Sivas-Kangal-Karanlıkdere region, are presented. During the study, the gravity separation methods were utilized. the samples used in the beneficiation studies contained 27,47%Cr2O3. Beneficiation tests by using shaking table has indicated that a concentrate with 52,60% weight recovery, 48,43 %Cr2O3 grade and chromite recovery of 88,14%Cr2O3 could be produced.
