Özet

Özet: Bu çalışmada, içeriği farklı iki yemle beslenen ve aç bırakılan Oncorhynchus mykiss’in kas dokusu total lipid ve total yağ asit miktarlarındaki değişim araştırılmıştır.

Eşeysel olgunluğa erişmemiş balıklar 28 gün süreyle aç bırakılmış ve total lipid miktarı farklı (%15 ve %11,50) iki yemle beslenmişlerdir. 7.,14., 21. ve 28. günlerde balıkların kas dokusu özütlenerek total lipid ve total yağ asidi miktarı belirlenmiştir. Beslenmede kullanılan hazırlanmış yemin ticari yeme göre farklı bir etki yapmadığı saptanmış ve bu yemin balık beslenmesinde kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

THE TOTAL LIPID AND TOTAL FATTY ACID CONTENT IN THE MUSCLE TISSUE OF Oncorhynchus mykiss FED BY TWO DIFFERENT DIET

Abstract : In this study, variation in the amount of total lipid and total fatty acid in muscle tissue of Oncorhynchus mykiss starved and fed by two diets which have different content has been investigated.

Juvenile (immature) fish have been starved and fed by two diets each of which has different amount of total lipid (15% and 11,50%) for 28 days. In the days of 7th, 14th, 21st and  28th the amount of total lipid and total fatty acid have been determined by extracting the muscle tissues of fish. No different effect has been determined in the prepared diet used in fish feeding when compared with the commercial one and it has been concluded that this diet can be used for fish feeding.
