The World Bank determines the logistics performance of countries every two years according to six criteria (customs, infrastructure, international shipments, logistics quality and competence, tracking and tracing and, timeliness). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the logistics performances of 160 countries included in the 2018 report published by the World Bank, using multi criteria decision making methods, and to reveal how much these evaluations are affected by the methods. The logistics performance of 160 countries is evaluated using seven different multi criteria decision making methods. Rankings made with seven different multi criteria decision making method were combined with the Borda rule method. The relationships between the rankings obtained by the application of each method are also presented with appropriate statistics.
