Özet

BackgroundIn this study, a series of compounds - miltefosine, polyhexamethylene biguanide, chlorhexidine and propamidine isethionate - and combinations of the latter three agents with miltefosine were prepared and used in a rat model for the topical treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis.
