In this research, religious officials in Sivas evaluated their professions and, if so, contradictions related to their profession, in other words their professional satisfaction. In addition, the relationship between occupational satisfaction and variables such as age, gender, education and religious belief level is also investigated here. The sample group of the study consisted of 267 religious officials working in Sivas and selected by chance. Uzeyir Ok's "theologian scale" was used as a measurement tool. There was a significant relationship between income level and some dimensions of professional satisfaction perception using correlation analysis method.
