Biyografi
1974 Sivas doğumlu Pınar BAŞER, Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi Fizik Bölümünden 1995 yılında mezun oldu. 1997 yılında aynı üniversitede yüksek lisansını ve 2007 yılında da doktorasını Marmara Üniversitesi’nde Katıhal Fiziği Anabilim dalında tamamladı. 2021-2024 yılları arasında Fen Fakültesi Fizik Bölüm başkanlığı görevini yürüttü. Ayrıca 2018-2024 yılları arasında çeşitli fakültelerin yönetim kurulu üyeliklerini yürüttü. Şu anda, Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Etik Kurul üyeliği ve Mevlana değişim program koordinatörlüğü görevi devam etmektedir. Optoelektronik Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi Müdürü olarak 'ta görev yapmıştır. Prof. Dr. Pınar BAŞER katıhal fiziği alanında pek çok sayıda teorik olarak yayınladığı makalelerin yanı sıra İleri Teknoloji Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi'nde (CÜTAM) Micro Raman ve fotolüminesans cihaz sorumlusu olarak deneysel çalışmalarda yaparak pek çok TÜBİTAK ve BAP projelerinde yürütücü ve araştırmacı olarak görev almıştır.
Profesör Dr. Pınar BAŞER evli ve iki çocuk annesidir.
